A Mediterranean blue elopement
CONTENTS
Destination the Côte d'Azur with its secret coves and its perched villages of Provence. A seaside atmosphere where a feeling of plenitude reigns. Facing the Mediterranean, time seems suspended. The perfect setting for a tête-à-tête elopement or an intimate ceremony at sunset.
It is at the Villa Brignac in the Var, that the team of the day met. A (re)creative time dedicated to fine-art photography, organized by Laëtitia Caroline a pair Christopher Serrano.
With the beautiful images of Mathieu Dete, the team gives us details of this photographic project…
How did the initiative for this wedding editorial come about?
“Today’s wedding inspiration was organized by Laëtitia Caroline a pair Christophe Serrano, as part of Christophe's workshop for Fine-Art photographers. This editorial session was intended to have a very wild, natural atmosphere with sea air.

"It is quite natural that Villa Brignac was chosen to match the theme of this elopement. This Villa is located to the west of Toulon, below a huge five-hectare floral park. The first portraits of the bride and groom were taken outdoors, near this 18th century building, with the characterful walls and blue doors, in the colours of the Mediterranean, as a backdrop.
The Côte d'Azur is full of small natural coves and typical villages. We couldn't end the day without enjoying the wonders of this region. A detour to the fishing village of Anse Méjean, and a magnificent windy sunset, not far from Fort Cap Brun, served as a setting for this fresh series.

The team of this wedding inspiration
« Christophe Serrano was supported by Laëtitia Caroline for the organization of this workshop day, and by Sylvia Calmet et Matthew Kobi for the coordination between service providers, models and students. Marion Fera created the dress worn by Inès, Laëtitia Ricci was the decorator and florist for the day. Finally, Karine Brossard (makeup) and Leslie Azur (hairdressing) made our models beautiful.”

The scenography imagined for this wedding editorial
“The dress worn by Inès was imagined and then created by the talented Marion FeraFull of grace, finesse and lightness, it blends perfectly with the universe that was desired for these images.
For his part, Michael wears a suit Mr. Gaspard. We wanted to stay in simple elegance and purity.
The remarkable floral decoration work, on the flat-lays and on the bride's bouquet, was carried out by Laëtitia Ricci. The bouquet was created with pastel colours, delicately combining green, blue and white. White anthuriums helped to purify the whole, which was also composed of oxypetalums, stachys byzantina and ruscus.

Professional advice to the future bride and groom
By Laëtitia Ricci (wedding & floral designer)
"The location will determine the overall atmosphere of the wedding. Take inspiration from its textures, its building, its garden, to imagine your decoration in a way that is consistent with the environment. Visit this location several times in advance to project yourself and choose harmonious accessories. Finally, take into account the floral season when choosing your arrangements!"
