1er April 2010. 11 years ago, I launched my wedding planning agency. I was fulfilling a childhood dream and what an incredible experience! More than a hundred weddings organized throughout France and the delicious feeling of having lived exceptional moments.
After the birth of my youngest daughter in 2014, I felt a deep desire to turn the page. Two years later, I separated from my partner and handed over to Julie Andre, who now manages Made in You.
Four years to reinvent your professional life: Madame C's Blog, KIDS etc, Sunday Grenadine, Manager of Myself, and the delicious feeling of having finally found my place.
2020 and 2021 were supposed to be perennial years, those of financial serenity and the consolidation of projects. And then life reminds us to what extent “undertaking” is an emotional rollercoaster. The COVID-19 wave has seriously impacted our small businesses. Some have reinvented themselves, others have thrown in the towel. Here, I have decided to move forward, to continue to deliver content to you, to design new projects with incredible people, to surround myself with kindness and love. Stay positive and realize the essential: we are in good health. My daughters and our doggies are living their best lives, my husband, also an entrepreneur in the sports events sector, is experiencing a fabulous rise. State aid has supported my company well and we have taken all the necessary measures to not stress financially. Once this data was under control, we lived this period more serenely.
To celebrate the 10 years of APRIL FIFTEEN, I had in mind a beautiful party in my garden. This one did not take place but I know that it is only postponed, and I suspect it is even more beautiful than I had imagined.
While waiting for these lighter days to come, I'll take you at home in Little Camargue. The house was for sale last year for a crazy project that is close to our hearts, but when the price offer arrived, a few days before the lockdown, we stopped everything. This house is not perfect. We have been carefully renovating it, little by little for 7 years. There is still crazy potential.
With the confinement, we became aware of our infinite luck to live here.
2020 has reinvented our life project. So I wanted to invite you to my home. Perched on a village in the Gard, we fell in love with this building with its breathtaking view. Choosing to live here was a gamble for two urbanites addicted to communication and new technologies. I have never regretted this choice. A radical change of life but with such benefits.
