How did the initiative for this shooting come about? 

“My partner Laura (who is also my best friend) and I are from true art lovers. We are passionate about 20th century avant-garde and contemporary art since our higher education. So much so that Laura became a painter. Since we joined the wedding industry, we dreamed of bringing to life and conceptualizing an editorial shoot with what excites us the most: the artistic dimension"

The Mill of Recency

"The Mill of the Census, a timeless and emblematic place in Provence with a subtle balance between ancestral stones and contemporary sobriety.

The shooting team

“It was also obvious that the shooting would take place in a remarkable and historic site: the Mill of the Recense located in the heart of Provence and from where one can feel a special atmosphere, the mark of time and the grandeur of this mill with more than 300 years of history.

Once again, we challenged ourselves with this approach. one place can hide another ". Unlimited possibilities. Limitless creativity.

Focused on artistic direction, we wanted to create a immersive art installation which not only solicits the gaze but envelops the spectator in an imaginary space, offering new inspiring sensory experiences : between realism and dreaminess. The tone was set. And Anna de House Note brought it to life remarkably. With more than a hundred meters of pure silk, Anna was able to express with talent her sensitivity, her technicality and her know-how.

A complex and memorable work of art.

Kitty Line, the brilliant photographer, was chosen for her fashion approach and her undeniable genius. She captured these magical and ephemeral moments where everyone stands in such purity and authenticity. We were speechless.

Not to mention the exceptional people and talent behind the rest of the team. A brilliant and unique team of professionals: Charlotte the florist, Nebia the super caterer, Gladys the cake designer, Caroline the ceramic designer who created custom plates just for us, Elsa for paper sculpture and the exquisite models: Charlotte and Chloé, sublimated by our beauty expert Delphine and their sublime dress signed Olympe Marriage.

We were all driven by freedom, emotion, passion and creativity.

We have created Arty Party. And the magic happened… »

The scenography 

Floral details

“We imagined a crystalline and pure floral arrangement. Charlotte Flower and Twig assisted by Anne-Laure white people gave shape to our dreams and more! Charlotte created two side floral arrangements and a huge Papal Mint hanging, attached to the wooden beam between the silk installation. Not to mention the poetic story on this endless table with these beautiful peonies and roses.

The art of the table

The overall concept of the decoration as well as every detail have been thought out and created with minimalism and refinement : from the brass tube vases to the handmade ceramic plates, the linen tablecloth, the play of transparency with the ghost chairs and the hand-dyed silk napkins. All enhanced by the final touch: menus and escort cards made of pure cotton paper in elegant tones.
