Wedding in Paris at the Hotel Le Marois
A multicultural wedding in Paris: Kacee and Rahul's vibrant union
When America meets India in the heart of Paris, the result is a vibrant, poetic, and deeply personal marriage. Kacee and Rahul live in New York City; they meet by chance at an international conference in Singapore. From then on, a beautiful story comes to life.
A few years later, they chose Paris, the city of elegance, to celebrate their love surrounded by 150 loved ones from around the world. For two days, between a colorful cruise on the Seine and a refined reception at the Hôtel Le Marois, they wove a thread between their cultures, heritages, and personalities.
Discover this multicultural celebration thought out down to the smallest detail, immortalized with poetry by Jean de Storia Films et Angela Di Paolo.

The initial meeting
We met at an international conference in Singapore, almost by chance, in a professional context. What was supposed to be a simple exchange of business cards turned into a passionate conversation about our cultures and values. We quickly sensed that this meeting would be a turning point.
Wedding in Paris at the Hotel Le Marois
We chose Hôtel Particulier Marois because it perfectly embodies the French elegance we love and offers a refined setting that showcases Indian traditions. This place combines historic Parisian charm with a warm atmosphere, which is essential to us.

Wedding planning
The wedding took place on September 14 and 15, 2024, in Paris. The first day, more informal, began with a celebration on the Seine aboard a barge—a 100% Indian evening, full of color, festive energy, and magnificent saris worn by our guests. The second day, more formal, took place at the Hôtel Marois with 150 guests. We worked hand in hand with a wedding planner specializing in intercultural weddings to harmoniously blend our two cultures.
Wedding decoration
We wanted a decor that was both vibrant and refined. The palette combined rich, precious tones—emerald, fuchsia, saffron—softened by elegant neutrals. The floral arrangements combined roses, orchids, and Indian marigolds, creating a unique sensory atmosphere. The stationery was inspired by traditional Indian motifs, revisited with contemporary typography.

The bride and groom's outfits
The bride's outfit
To express our identity and our uniqueness, I chose a black wedding dress, a color that, in some Indian traditions, symbolizes strength and protection. This choice was also a nod to my love of fashion and my desire to break conventions.
The groom's outfit
Rahul, on the other hand, wore a classic and elegant tuxedo, perfectly embodying French refinement and simplicity. We wanted our outfits to reflect the fusion of our cultures and personalities.
Their most moving memory
The exchange of our vows, amidst the Indian floral arrangements, in the main hall of the Hotel Le Marois, deeply touched us. speeches from our families and the symbolic strength of this cultural mix.
Their best choice in wedding planning
choose toorganize a two-day wedding was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we ever made. It allowed us to fully savor every moment, create two distinct atmospheres, and, above all, spend special moments with each of our guests. We were wonderfully supported by our wedding planner and deeply touched by the kindness and talent of the visual team—Jean de Storia Films and Angela Di Paolo—who captured these special moments with exceptional sensitivity and artistry. Thanks to them, these fleeting moments have become timeless memories. We still take great pleasure in reliving them, whether through our private online gallery or on the big screen with our loved ones.
