Wedding at the Château de Sannes – Céline + Jean-Pierre
CONTENTS
Like an escape at the end of summer, Céline and Jean-Pierre designed a 4-day wedding with their wedding planner. A wedding in Luberon that smells of holidays in Provence. At the Château de Sannes, they arranged for their loved ones to celebrate their love with music.
With the beautiful images of Ben Levy et Sixteen this day, Céline tells us…
The initial meeting
“Our story began with a phone call. I was looking for work. He was looking for “talent.” He told me, “you don't know how to do anything!". I answered him "Why are you calling me?". I was recruited. I started working alongside him. Three years later, our story began."

The marriage proposal
« On my birthday. We had planned to come back early and spend some time together. When I arrived home, a beautiful lemon tree (for Mojito) decked out in its Sunday best in ribbons was sitting on the terrace. My fiancé was waiting for me. Among the leaves, a package. The ring was sparkling. He got down on one knee. I said “Yes”. Two hours later, a Chef at home arrived, followed by our families…”

Wedding at the Château de Sannes
"I wanted a rural place with sheep in a sheepfold. He wanted a Sleeping Beauty-style castle. The Castle of Sannes won us over. Large spaces, wooded park, superb swimming pools, majestic entrance, chapel, fireplaces, windmill, pond, swans, vines, olive trees, sun…and sheepfold!
The Estate offers several rooms which allowed us to accommodate our close family and witnesses, and gave us two wonderful days of preparation before the Big Day and a delightful relaxed Sunday.

Wedding planning
"The wedding was managed by Daylove teams, they immediately understood what my expectations were and the universe in which we wanted to get married. Perfect service providers, seasoned professionals, directive and attentive. Our wedding took place in four days and in two different locations.
On Thursday, at the town hall in a small group with our close family and our witnesses, then departure for Sannes where a team was waiting for us for the cocktail and the meal. A relaxing Friday, jogging in the vineyards, Luberon and giant paella under the stars.
It is the Saturday that the wedding with our friends and our entire family took place. Greeted with a welcome cocktail, they were directed to the secular ceremony by the pool, on a perfect lawn, under a radiant sun, accompanied by a violinist. I said Yes again.
A group of musicians accompanied us throughout the day, punctuating each of the four places within the estate: ceremony, cocktail, meal and dance, with their instruments and voices, building rhythms and atmospheres supported by lights, candles and lanterns.

Wedding decoration
“Daylove’s service providers took care of the decoration. The Daylove Team suggested a book of “trends” and we made our choice and described the universe that we liked thanks to the latter. Flowers were at the heart of the subject, with second-hand furniture in order to build a magical, rustic, chic, sober and always elegant universe.
The wedding budget
"We worked overtime"

Their best memory
« The 4-day wedding sequence saw time stand still for us and our guests. We remained on cloud nine for many weeks afterwards, putting off until the very last minute the deadline to discover the magnificent photos and the superb film and living again and again only from our memories and the emotion of this magical moment.
Our best memory remains, however, the wonderfully decorated secular ceremony with its flowerbeds and benches installed especially for the occasion, our smiling friends, the sound of the violin, the blue of the sky, the radiant sun, and a wind rocking the century-old cedars and the moving and sincere speeches of our closest friends.
Like a dream that comes back, photos and video instantly offer us to relive the atmosphere of joy and benevolence that envelops this ceremony forever."
The board bride and groom
« Knowing how to surround yourself well is fundamental. We must let the professionals do it and listen to their advice."
