Bohemian wedding by the sea
CONTENTS
Getting married by the water to the sound of cicadas, letting yourself be carried away by the bohemian spirit of the moment. These lovers dreamed of a wedding that reflected them. They waited 11 years and 2 children to experience this joyful interlude. Over a weekend in the Var, they celebrated life and love with their loved ones. A wedding that speaks to my woman's heart in every way.
With the beautiful images of By Oriane Photographer, the young bride tells us…
"After 3 months in New York, I returned to Paris with the blues! I wanted to go back and live abroad, meet new people, have new experiences. I decided to sign up on a dating site, simply to share my taste for travel, and I came across Michael's profile, who shared his passion for travel, art and photography, cinema, I was immediately won over! I contacted him. After just one evening of chatting, Michael suggested that we meet the next day: Saturday, July 30, 2006 at the cinema on the quays of the Seine in the 19th arrondissement in Paris.
We went to see the movie "Paris Je t'aime" (he wanted to make me want to stay in Paris)! As soon as I saw it I fell in love with it, since that day we have not left each other. I moved in with him 1 month later.
3 years after we met and 2 years of living in Montreal, we returned to Paris. Michael surprised me by taking me for a weekend for my birthday to Bruges (the Venice of the North) and proposed to me at our hotel by offering me a magnificent family ring. I cried like a baby I was so happy!

Wedding inspirations
"We waited 11 years and 2 children to get married! We dreamed of a wedding by the sea, very simple and authentic. We decided to get married at the town hall of Hyères, and to celebrate our wedding in a family home in Carqueiranne!
A simple and romantic bohemian style, no classic caterer, no constraints, a 2-day wedding, moments of life and sharing with our friends and family, in short, only happiness.

Their best memory
"A dream week with our family, and 2 intense days of shared love! The celebration under the flower arch in front of the sea was a precious and wonderfully beautiful moment!"
The Council of the Married
“Our best advice is to have a wedding that suits you surrounded by the people you love and rather in a small group. If you can, escape conventions, family obligations, and only do what pleases you in all simplicity.

This wedding is beautiful :)

These photos are really superb and this wedding looked so friendly! Being in a small communion is, I find, a thousand times more sincere and "family" than the big parties... Even if it is also always the means to be all together
Thank you in any case for this moment shared with us.
