The art of a country wedding revisited at Domaine du Mezo

The artistic direction

It all began during a conversation between a florist, a graphic designer, and a decorator with very similar backgrounds. This small group came together with a shared desire to create together.
And as if everything was aligned, one of them was carrying within her a project that had already been taking shape for several weeks: " revisit the countryside at the Domaine du Mezo "!

But would this inspiration be unanimously accepted? Without further ado, the time had come to put the first accumulated ideas on paper.

The presentation of a mood board outlining every detail, and the writing of a scenario telling the story of our lovers, Liseron and Fernand, were essential so that this teamwork could mature, refine and become more precise over time.

Liseron: A bubbly, attractive, determined young woman.
Fernand: A tender, romantic, caring man.

Liseron and Fernand, part of whose family lives in England, chose to celebrate their union in France, and to bring together their loved ones in the heart of the Mezo, to experience unique moments together. Thus, within the large Breton family home, we will follow our adorable couple throughout ordinary scenes of country life, revisited in elegant and refined scenes of an incredible day, authentic and extraordinary.

Both will continue to challenge each other around the "Message Box". The realization of these " Cap or no cap » will allow us to discover the playful side of our lovers taking advantage of the activities offered by the estate to live their day 100% in their own way.

And to design a decoration in the image of this happy couple, we took care to select soft and delicate materials (lace, embroidery, silk, porcelain, crystal and drapery) and to meticulously place, as a nod, certain personal effects (books, jewelry, box of matches, etc.).

The custom-made stationery, unique and singular, combines modern design with calligraphic typography. Its aesthetic echoes that of paper newspapers.

Finally, in this incredible greenhouse bathed in light, we wanted to highlight the floral arrangements whose colors recall those of wild flowers in order to bring depth and contrast with the purity of the white chosen for its natural elegance.

Each element has been designed to offer real nods to the country style while creating real contrasts in order to bring a nice touch of modernity and elegance to this much-worked trend. We have therefore chosen to move away from its rustic and bohemian side, but to preserve its warm, natural and gourmet atmosphere.
