A wedding at the Meurice to Paris, it is the promise of an elegant, historic and resolutely Parisian setting. In this exceptional place, Viviana and Matthieu chose to celebrate their union. Sensitive to the service quality and French gastronomy, the couple found in this palace the perfect setting to welcome their guests from all over the world.
Carefully organized in a resolutely chic Parisian spirit, this fall wedding combined modernity, cultural heritage and vintage Italian touches. Between a civil ceremony in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, an arrival in a vintage collector's car, a gourmet lunch at the Meurice, then one musical cruise on the Seine, every moment was thought out to tell their story with taste and emotion.

Wedding in Paris at the Meurice
Matthew: We chose Le Meurice for its history and unique charm: it's where Picasso got married, and it evokes the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles, a nod to my birthplace. We were also won over by the quality of the service and the food. Finally, its location in the heart of Paris was ideal for welcoming our guests from abroad.
Wedding planning
Our wedding took place on October 5, 2024 at the Paris Centre town hall (3ᵉ arrondissement). After the ceremony, we arrived at the Hotel Le Meurice in a magnificent vintage Mercedes, rented for the occasion. Lunch was served at Le Meurice, and then, in the evening, we embarked on a cruise on the Seine aboard a barge, accompanied by a candlelight orchestra and a DJ, courtesy of Paris Seine.

The bride and groom's outfits
Vintage Italian inspiration for Monsieur and Madame. The inspiration for her dress was simply to look for something different from what is usually seen for a bride. She wanted a modern wedding dress designed by a French designer. She wanted something warm that reflected her Colombian origins and that perfectly matched the orchid bouquet, a key element of the outfit.
