Couture wedding with mineral notes

Games of elegance and modernity for this wedding inspiration with couture notes. Chloé Tresdoi from the agency You & C surrounded byAyata Weddings and I'Workshop Event drew this mineral painting in Provence.

How did the initiative for this shooting come about? 

“Célia, photographer at Ayata Weddings and Andrea, Wedding designer of the'Event Workshop thought together about creating a mineral and modern shooting for many months. 

They then submitted the project and their ideas to me in order to bring together a creative and motivated team to carry out this shooting. They already had a couple ready and we wanted this project to come to life fairly quickly. So we organised this in two and a half months.

The Memorial

"We chose the Vallon des Glauges for its modernity, its clean lines and its textures with their stone and concrete walls and its large bay window. This raw side immediately seduced us and it corresponded in every way to the spirit of the shooting and the materials that we were going to use.

Photography and Scenography

"The shooting therefore took place at the initiative of Célia de Ayata Weddings and Andrea of ​​theWorkshop Event who were able to completely convince me with their inspirations.

Stationery

From there, Elena de Two Made One studio based in Paris joined us with her modern and refined stationery and signs. She submitted several ideas to us and we did a lot of work in collaboration with Andréa the wedding designer on the choice of shapes, colors and materials. 

Catering and wedding cake

Subsequently, we wanted to integrate a caterer into the team, Jerome Perche located in Bandol for its refined cuisine. On the culinary side, we also wanted a different wedding cake that would remain in the spirit of the shooting. So we submitted some inspirations to Gladys des Gladys' Delights who made us a great square cake decorated with airy decorative elements that made a connection with the chosen dress.

Wedding outfits

On this subject, we discussed a lot about the choice of the dress. Something modern, smooth with a touch of haute couture was essential for us. So I approached the boutique Sonia B in Marseille and was received by Jean-Pierre the manager and his team who were fabulous and were able to offer us the Vicky model from Milla Nova. Jean Pierre also offered us with his shop Men's Ceremony Space, a black suit with its accessories. All the elements were of great quality and the team took great care of us.

Flowers

Charlotte from Flowers and Twig also joined the team because we were all total fans of his floral arrangements and work.

Beauty

We already had a couple used to taking photos together in real life. Elodie Sellito, makeup artist and hairdresser, knew how to enhance the female model with natural and refined makeup as well as hairstyle.

Accessories, Video and Champagne

• Other providers have joined the team such as Lima House with its minimalist and very original jewelry. Florian Puech a lovely and responsive service provider who offered us a teaser of the shooting.
• We also had the opportunity to have some great shoes Jimmy Choo as well as bottles of Champagne from the Producer Marc Dominated in order to make this champagne cascade during the shooting with the glasses of Lunch Service Location.

We had a shared discussion group so that we could all share our ideas and desires to ensure that this shoot would allow everyone to express themselves and give their opinion. All these people were incredible and very kind."

Couture wedding with mineral notes

"For the scenography, Andréa de l'Event Workshop worked on a very detailed moodboard with the desired colors, the materials used and the elements to highlight. We therefore made all our choices around this moodboard to have a real unity and that everything is totally linked. We wanted contrast, concrete, mineral elements while keeping this very side elegant et refined.

We wanted to set up a concrete table, which was difficult for us to find. So I rolled up my sleeves and made a table entirely out of polished concrete so that on the big day, Andrea could put all her creativity to good use with the tableware she had chosen and Charlotte's floral arrangements.

The shooting budget

"We are lucky to have been able to work in partnership with all these service providers who each put their own effort into it. The big expenses were on the floral and decorative part as well as for the construction of the table for which we also had to rent a means of transport because it was quite bulky. I would say that this shooting had a total cost of around €500-600."

A budget projection

For wedding for 100 people with the shooting service providers and with a similar scenography we estimate an overall budget including between 45 and 55K€

Professional advice for future brides and grooms

• Think of define your overall budget starting point in order to find the providers corresponding to it.
• A wedding designer can be very useful to you in order to create total harmony for your wedding and not to forget any item on the scenography.
• For the organization, a wedding planner will be able to help you find the service providers who correspond in every way to your desires.
• The two women trust your inspirations, your artistic sensitivity and human relations because The feeling with your providers is very important to make the most of your day.
