A dreamlike and romantic interlude with this beautiful Bordeaux inspiration inspired by the photographer Cleya Asulon and the wedding planner Coco Marble. Surrounded by a team of local talents, they designed a wedding full of poetry and delicacy, where every detail was thought out with care and passion.
With the beautiful pictures Cleya Asulon, the team gives us its inspirations…
Romantic wedding in Bordeaux
"We have selected the Chateau La Chèze because it responded to the universe we had in mind, around a contemporary and warm design.
We chose it for the curves of the Roman-style gallery outside, where we were able to work on the light and the movements of the bride and groom. Also for its reception room which offers a high ceiling giving us the possibility of exploiting elegant and airy straight lines, and a period fireplace giving it the warmth we were looking for.

The shooting team
“The shooting team was carefully selected to meet our requirements in terms of quality and aesthetic rendering.
Folky Blossom did a meticulous job. We had a crush on his selection of flowers and his way of working with them: the white orchids had their pistils removed in order to obtain a harmonious appearance. Each rose petal was carefully handled in order to give a romantic and very polished appearance.
La Tournis jewelry, because she knew how to create custom wedding rings, and knew how to adapt the jewel to our request which was to create two rings in one. The engagement ring fits the pear-cut stone.
The wedding dress Tatiana Kaplun was selected mainly for its cut and color: a pale pink that we deliberately wanted. For the groom's suit, Danyberd Bordeaux, we had in mind a chic and elegant silhouette. Black and white was the obvious choice.
Madeleines and Macarons imagined a wedding cake that met our desire to offer a contemporary and elegant style while being delicious.
Cleya Asulon, The photographer of this editorial, proposed a strong work of blur, black and white images. Coco Marble, the wedding planner worked on this project in order to express the aesthetic design and modern lines of the wedding.

The scenography
“We wanted to draw through the CHIMERA shooting a dreamlike, minimalist and contemporary universe where illusions and impressions mix with fantastic decorations.
For this, we immediately imagined neutral tones, mainly white/ivory, black and shades of gray, combined with an “old rose” to revive the spirit and keep a romantic touch in this universe.
We wanted to find raw materials there, and this in each of the scenes: stone, clay are staged around the stationery, wedding rings but also on the place markers of the guests. On the reception table, they are superimposed alongside natural materials, precisely fresh fruits. We chose to use fruits in autumnal colors corresponding to the colors defined in the initial palette.
We also wanted to find materials hanging in the form of drapes during the ceremony of exchanging vows of the bride and groom. They are attached to the fireplace of the reception room to give a warm soul to this intense moment of the wedding day.
The scenographic aspects are therefore all linked together, where each of the elements is correlated: the materials, the shades, the spaces around the Chimera universe.
