COVID Dance Party 2021 – Advice from the Le Grand A agency
- Give more space to the dance floor to allow your guests to enjoy the evening dance while respecting the regulatory physical distances.
- If possible, hold the dance party outside. If it takes place indoors, it is strongly recommended to ventilate the premises for the duration of the dance evening.
- Display of health instructions.
- Make available to the hydroalcoholic gel and additional approved masks.
- Wearing a mandatory mask : this remains essential to preserve the health of all guests.
- Strongly recommend your guests to perform a PCR test 3-4 days before the event and do it again 7 days after the event.
- Advise your guests to download the #TousAntiCovid application.
- Apply a direction of traffic for entering and exiting the dance floor.
- Be sure to keep contact details of all guests 2 months after the wedding.
- Do not hesitate to rely on your wedding planner and your service providers (reception venue, caterer, DJ, etc.) to find out about the different protocols and ask all possible questions.
