Working in the wedding industry is in 80% of cases, a solitary daily work. Many wedding professionals shape their brand over time and through professional experiences. And if the skills are there, you also have to move forward alone with your entrepreneurial issues and brand development.

From our past experiences and our professional expertise, we wanted with THE ONE, the first professional workshop intended for all wedding professionals, breathe around our modern vision of marriage a collective and creative energy. With simplicity, generosity and kindness, we have therefore imagined in the form of exceptional trip this immersive experience.

5 days in Ibiza to work, share, and create something unique together.

For this first Ibizan edition, 9 participants and 8 partners have joined the adventure.

Among participants present : Savina Uldry, wedding planner and wedding designer of the agency Savina Uldry, Veronique Lorre Floral and event designer, Edith Brehat wedding dress designer, Heloise Villenave-Gabaud jewelry designer of the brand So Helo, Marie-Laure Picard founder of the lingerie brand Back to Glam, Julie River wedding photographer, videographers Pierre Froger Films et Audric Odrian Filmmaker, the MUHA Mandy Dorian.

The One Workshop: Villa Can Cùco in Ibiza

It was the architecture, both modern and minimalist, that guided our choice of destination. Aesthetically, we had in mind these white Mediterranean houses. After some hesitation between Greece and the Balearic Islands. It is finally in Ibiza that we have found the dream villa with the appearance of " Farm » which hosted this first edition of THE ONE.

Why go abroad? Several reasons guided this choice:

• For disconnection : Going to another country brings a real change of scenery. We were keen for each participant to be able to work in inspiring, friendly and comfortable conditions.
• For communication: In order to match the sophisticated and international clientele to whom we are targeting this modern and luxurious vision of marriage, it was essential to be in line with the codes of a destination wedding.
• For the weather : Definitely sunshine!

The One Workshop: The masterclasses 

Masterclasses covering all wedding professions. It was essential that each participant could draw on effective tools and advice. Whether they were a junior or more advanced in their brand development, each participant could thus benefit from it.

During our stay, we therefore explored in more depth 5 essential themes :

• The brand & the valuation hosted by Elise Morgan
• Communicate on Instagram hosted by Emmanuel Amou
• Image & Communication hosted by Clémentine Marchal
• Building an editorial hosted by Elise Martimort
• Business strategy: outilities and pricing policy animated by the whole team

The One Workshop: Creating an Editorial 

At the heart of this first edition of THE ONE, two days of shooting planned from A to Z as a team. We were keen for the participants to be able to take ownership of the artistic direction that we had imagined. A new exercise achieved in just 1 month thanks to the boundless motivation of the entire team.

According to its core business, Each participant invested himself with strength and conviction. And as we had imagined, the team took us beyond our creative ambitions. A truly great moment of creation that thrilled every member of the team.

"Being a wedding blogger is very fulfilling, but since I no longer work as a wedding planner, I have moved away from the reality on the ground of wedding professionals. I have been breathing Wedding for 16 years and I passionately support this industry on a daily basis, but I ultimately have little interaction in "real life" with wedding professionals.

This experience THE ONE came at the right time. Because it was done with the right people and in the right timing. Each member of this "love team" "is a gem in my eyes. We chose each other naturally without even thinking about it. Our modern vision of marriage, the desire to share and transmettre, the stars aligned themselves.

Create and organize a Workshop in three months In this ultra-gloomy context, it was necessary to be damn bold. Alone, I would never have dared, but the magic of our quartet worked. Always higher, always further.

What will I remember from this first edition in Ibiza? Sharing times, spontaneous and obvious connections between participants, our smiles, our tears, this simplicity and fluidity in creation. I couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful first edition for this workshop. It was full of imperfections but so rich and intense. As soon as I set foot at Marseille airport, I already wanted to leave for new adventures!

"At the beginning there was this idea that was both completely crazy and at the same time absolutely obvious: bring together our respective skills to serve the transmission of our knowledge. 

So these are stories of cross-meetings from which strong friendships quickly emerge and the feeling that the story does not end there, with a simple collection project or participatory shooting. Together we go so far and so fast that we have a furious desire to share with others. We say to ourselves that if someone had given us these tools and keys to success that we spent years discovering and implementing, we would have saved so much time and energy in developing our respective brands.

The decision is made and in forty eight hours the project sees the light of day ! A first meeting in Lyon in January to lay the foundations, imagine the adventure together, determine the different axes, create the content and distribute the tasks. Three months later, here we are! Ibiza and its Mediterranean sea spray, a team of highly motivated creative service providers, our talented chefs... all the elements are there for an exceptional stay. And the result will be far beyond our wildest hopes!

The THE ONE experience in a few words? It's hard to be concise as this 360° adventure was dense, rich and intense! 

Above all, and because it resembles us, This adventure is deeply human and benevolent. Sharing experiences, authenticity, networking, listening time, personalized support, unique creations imagined for the occasion, creation of a resolutely Couture editorial… Five very rhythmic and oh so essential days which allowed me to put to good use these ten years spent in the wedding industry in the service of other professionals. 

We often hear about "war" between professionals, especially in the same activity. It was essential for us to demonstrate the opposite. “Alone we go faster, together we go further.” This African proverb has rarely resonated so much with me. It sums up the very essence of collective intelligence which allows us to do more by sharing our skills and know-how with others to achieve goals, whether they are common or not.

This is the richness and innovation of THE ONE. Allowing a transversality between our professions, train whatever your activity in the Wedding sphere, improve your business while maintaining its singularity. It is not at all a question here of finding a unique formula to duplicate but rather of common keys to understanding in the service of personal objectives respecting the identity of each person. A tailor-made program which continues over time thanks to one-to-one mentoring with one of the members of the organizing team.

We all learned a lot during this stay. We came out of this incredible creative and human energy grown and enriched. And what pride in this breathtaking result, breathtaking images made possible thanks to everyone's investment! 

And beyond all the work involved, the strong feeling ofall belong to a big family ! "

THE ONE – An unforgettable experience of creativity and collaboration

“Participate in THE ONE was an incredible experience. A few months before, I could never have anticipated the magnitude of what we would achieve. It was truly remarkable how much I could open up, learn and share. Having the opportunity to create and produce for an entire week was an absolute pleasure. During that magnificent week, I was totally immersed in this project, leaving everything else aside.

One of the most enjoyable aspects was being able to exceed conventional limits and to focus solely on the creative aspect. I appreciated the symbiosis and energy shared with all the wedding professionals involved, including the photographers, the dress designers, the jewelry designer, the florist, the wedding planner, the MUAH, the videographers et our famous blogger Clem. It was a real pleasure to engage in discussions about the wedding atmosphere and business at any time, spontaneously.

Living and interacting together from morning to night allowed us to discover many other things. For example, I had the privilege of exchanging ideas with not one but two videographers, discovering their unique styles, shooting moments and sharing our respective visions. Discussing equipment and technique at the same time. It was a real moment of privilege, a real pleasure to be in a symbiosis.

Synchronizing on the visual aspects was an absolute pleasure. During this edition, we had the chance to present many exclusive pieces. It was a pleasure to be the pioneers of new concepts, new trends and new designs.

Throughout the week, what I appreciated most was the opportunity to share, exchange and be 100% authentic, realizing that it could have a positive impact on others while allowing me to learn from them. I look forward to the next edition, where I will be able to create and produce even more beautiful things, broaden horizons and engage with new people, further integrating all professions in the wedding industry. Because this is what allows us to create exceptional works and stand out. THE ONE is truly an opportunity to achieve something different, unique and creative.

As a young member of the group, it was a real pleasure to convey my vision, share my feelings and give an insight into the world of weddings. Over time, I realized that Sharing, kindness and exchange are what really makes the difference. Now you understand why I enjoyed the experience so much. THE ONE in Ibiza, and why I look forward to your presence at the next edition.”

The One Workshop: Upcoming editions

This first edition confirmed our choices and made us want to go further, to offer other annual meetings, other formats.

So that everyone can do what they need and what they want, three editions will be offered throughout the year:

• The One Workshop: A 5-day stay including 3 days of Masterclass and 2 days of Workshop, punctuated private interviews, yoga classes, experience sharing, listening time, networking and the famous white party. This edition will always take place abroad in order to give an international dimension to the images produced and by extension to the communication that will result for each. It marks the launch of the season and allows you to attack it full of energy.
• The One retreat: A 4-day stay including a few Masterclasses, times for sharing experiences and listening, networking, group activities outside the site, and the famous white party. This edition will be able to be held abroad or in France and will mark a real end of season break to allow everyone to recharge their batteries.
• The One by night: A exceptional evening reserved for the big family of Marriage. A time to meet beyond social networks. The opportunity to network while letting go and party until the end of the night, once is not customary. The work of the participants of the editions of the previous year will be honored and many surprises will punctuate this crazy evening.
