Nothing is more powerful than collective strength.. From our quartet and our complementarity, we imagined the workshop of our dreams. The one who unites, who creates and who upsets.
Beyond the codes, beyond each person's experiences, we have brought together profiles from all backgrounds and all ages. THE ONE Workshop was there. Thanks to their vibrations, we have for 5 days creates the unique in IBIZA.
Almost a year later, they share their experience with the unpublished images of Julie River et Pierre Froger Films.

When I discovered The One project on Instagram, it immediately clicked in my head!
A great team, with a certain enthusiasm, a desire to share and create a community of professionals
in marriage: What luxury!
And above all, how lucky to be able to be together, to no longer have a feeling of solitude in front of my dresses. I took the plunge with enthusiasm.
Upstream work to create an outfit specially designed for The One. Exchanges with Elise Martimort et Clementine Marchal, by the way, two huge hearts! We worked around the editorial line and the moodboard given.
The time has come for Ibizaaaaa!!!
Meeting with Elise Morgan, a ball of positive energy, of absolute talent, and of incredible generosity like the entire The One team!
Last meeting, and not least: the youngest Emmanuel Amou or how to have fun with your camera, full of good ideas, all seasoned with an innate talent for transforming everything he looks at!
This, in a few words, is the encounter with a crazy project, created by an incredible team, with unfailing kindness.
Arrival in Ibizaaaa: meeting the shock team of participants like me.
We are all here to learn, exchange and share, not just for a week... when we return we will bring new partners with us to offer services based on our encounters.
The week will be overwhelming, creative, festive, with the shared objective: to be at the top of beauty, elegance and luxury!
All with assured professionalism!!!
AND no I'm not a Care Bear ;-)
If I had to do it again, I would do it without hesitation!!!

"The ONE was for me a wonderful experience filled with wonderful encounters and enriching moments of sharing. Even though my arrival was last minute, it only took me a few minutes to soak up the Ibiza mood. The residence and the schedule were finely thought out, to take time for yourself and focus on your future professional goals.
These moments of exchange, as well as the masterclasses, have reinforced my position in the imminent repositioning of my brand, my new identity. I also enjoyed bringing my personal touch to the scenography of this workshop by proposing quality service providers who are up to the task of this unique project.
In short, The One, a real shock quartet.

"The One was a unique experience both before – during – and after…. I remember the excitement of the weeks before my departure… First of all, I had the chance to share this experience with a friend, Véronique Lorre, with whom I work regularly, which allowed us to prepare our trip as a pair in joy and good humor.
Then, the welcome under the Ibiza sun by the whole team (and a gentleman to carry our suitcases…thanks Emmanuel ^^) and big smiles immediately put us in the mood. It was a week (too short for my taste) which allowed me to discover the worlds of all the learners, lovely people with varied profiles with whom I enjoyed working and sharing every day both on a human and professional level.
In my line of work, there are no workshops that synergize this collective force (or I never knew about it).
What a wonderful idea to create The One This creative retreat was a parenthesis that allowed me to answer many of my questions and to confirm the path that I had wanted to take for some time... a more high-end branding"

“Participating in The One will clearly have been a key step in my development as a wedding professional. For me, taking this break at the start of the season is like looking for a new lease of life!
We all get stuck sometimes, feel that we are "stagnating" in our creative direction, that our vision is no longer as clear. I came full of doubt, about my positioning, about the future. And I am leaving rich in encounters and possibilities!
The organizing team, each in their own field of expertise, has a truly inspiring professional background, and pushes us to go further.
What I would remember is thatwe shine by being unique in this industry, and I will now apply myself to seeking this style, this writing which is mine."

“The One experience was enriching in several ways.
This first edition was a unique opportunity toapprendre, share and log on with other wedding industry enthusiasts, and I came away from the event with renewed inspiration and a clearer vision of what I want for my wedding videography business.
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a dedicated and passionate organizing quartet, who made sure that each participant felt comfortable and involved. Although I was not able to attend all of the masterclasses organized, the workshops were of high quality and led by recognized experts in their respective fields.
I was also able to exchange with other fellow videographers, expand my professional network and share our experiences, successes and challenges.
What particularly struck me was the friendly and collaborative atmosphere that reigned throughout the workshop. Each participant was eager to help each other, share their knowledge and create lasting connections. The informal discussions during breaks and meals were invaluable, as they allowed me to learn from each other's experiences and gain valuable advice.
Le climax of this workshop, in my opinion, was the production of the editorial shooting. The result of a strong pre-established artistic direction and the work of all the participants to create unique paintings, which I took great pleasure in capturing behind my camera. I come out of this creative exercise, a delicate film in my image, which will allow me to enhance my portfolio with new sublime images.
In conclusion, I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in this first edition of The One.
