Maison Roland Paix was founded 25 years ago the House of Roland Paix as a family business and has been handed down from father to son. Over the years we have continued to share our authentic and traditional Mediterranean cuisine. We provide a premium catering service combined with a collection of exceptional partner venues, along with bespoke services for exceptional private functions and business events (weddings, seminars, galas, showings, launches, cocktails and conventions).
The Roland Paix family team is based locally in a strategic situation at Saint Maximin, covering events across the region of Provence.

The refined and generous dishes, inspired by local Mediterranean produce will captivate the finest palates. Sound good? Working exclusively with seasonal produce which is all locally-sourced amongst our friends and local producers, we are proud to bring you melons grown by Jacques, Laurent’s honey and cheeses matured by Nathalie.
Together our fine gourmet producers aim to bring you (once again) the taste of the delicacies of Provence.
